Since opening as the UK's first Yoga retreat over 50 years ago in a unique and spectacular natural environment, we have offered a range of residential retreats and study weekends in Personal Self-development, including; the Arts, Sciences, Religions, Philosophy and Hermeneutics, along with their practical application to Yoga, Meditation, Tai Chi, Qigong and other holistic practices.
Teaching events are for adults over 18 years of age. Children are welcomed for residential stays and some s ocial events.
