An access course to competitive cheerleading Our ‘Badges to Bows’ classes are aimed at primary school aged children new to the world of cheerleading. can be purchased. These classes focus on fundamental skills such as; balance, strength, flexibility and coordination. Children completing their badges to bows card and obtaining all of their bows/badges will graduate and be given the opportunity to move through to our competitive teams!! Please note our ninja tumble classes are a great complimentary class to do alongside. These classes will speed up the acquisition of skills in regards to the tumble element of the course. What to wear to sessions: Most of our athletes wear a t-shirt and shorts. Socks are required and most wear stick it socks (air hop or similar trampoline socks). Clean trainers or daps that are only worn indoors are also great to wear for classes.
