Welcome to the Farnborough First Class Learning Centre. We support children in the local community with maths, English and science tuition. Through our structured programmes, we personalise each child’s learning path, which is targeted to fill any existing gaps in their understanding and promote development of existing knowledge. programme lays strong English and maths foundation skills essential for success in the 11 Plus exam. For Year 5 students, we run two-hour weekly sessions focused on Maths, English, verbal reasoning, and non-verbal reasoning. These sessions strengthen the skills learned in Year 4 while preparing students for various exam styles written by the main 11-Plus boards, including GL and CEM. Our programmes are flexible and tailored to learners' individual needs and abilities, so students move on only when they are confident with a topic. Regular testing ensures that the best possible progress is made. The 'little and often' approach, with plenty of repetition and practice, really does make a huge difference.
