technique. Classes include aqua aerobics, Pilates, yoga, HIIT, group cycle and boxfit all week. We run swimming lessons and Aqua Splash sessions, and we work with local swimming clubs to support the community. The centre is a short walk from The Galleria and about 20 minutes from Hatfield Station.
