catalyst 6 months ago around the same time I returned to work after having a baby. The schedule is well thought out as it allows you to select a programme that works for you. It’s been a long time since I hit any lifting PB’s or even got near previous ones and since being at catalyst I have hit two new PB’s in Olympic lifting classes in the space of a few months. I have found it such a positive, supportive, and friendly environment and looking forward to continuing my journey.”
