Leaps, Kicks & Turns This energetic technical class is designed to develop the essential skills required for jazz, lyrical, contemporary and commercial dance. Students focus on improving flexibility, strength, balance and core stability while mastering a progressive range of leaps, kicks, jumps, pirouettes and turns. With an emphasis on correct technique, alignment and safe practice, dancers build confidence, control and performance quality to enhance all areas of their dance training.
