5-8 Years Old (5 - 8.9yrs)

This class is designed for children aged 5 to 8 years of age, in Year 1, 2 and 3. This class is 45 minutes, where gymnasts will be split into age/ability groups to ensure they are working on appropriate skills and achieving personal goals. Classes are filled with warm up games, skills of the week and plenty of equipment to be spinning and flipping around on. They will learn and progress all their fundamental gymnastics skills, as well as promote turn taking, independence and making new friends.
