Our Parent and Child Gymnastics classes are aimed at children aged between 18 months and 4 years of age, children in these classes will be encouraged to engage with other children and parents in a fun and friendly environment. Each session follows a theme which allows for both educational and physical development. Our tailored classes will help the children in their early stages of development with their coordination, balance, patience, self confidence and ability to follow rules, all key skills that can be transferred into everyday life growing up.

About North Lakes Gymnastics
North Lakes Gymnastics Academy is an award winning club located in Penrith the heart of Cumbria. Our sessions are based in our dedicated gymnastics facility. As a British Gymnastics registered club we provide a fun, exciting and safe learning environment for children aged 18 months upwards. Our highly experienced and fully qualified coaching team are all registered British Gymnastics Coaches and will cater for each individual child’s needs whether they are a complete beginner or a budding gymnast.
