at their own pace. Each session kicks off with a warm-up stretch, moves into dedicated technique work—covering rolls, balances, lifts, tumbling, jumps, and apparatus—and finishes with active games. As they progress, cheerleaders and gymnasts work together on choreography and stunting mechanics to blend all their newly mastered skills into an awesome end-of-term performance routine!
