Wembley Leisure Centre on Empire Way is a short walk from Wembley Park Station and Wembley Stadium. The gym has strength training and cardio equipment, while the 25-metre pool is great for lane swimming, aqua classes and swimming lessons for all ages. After your workout, relax in the sauna and steam room. Classes include yoga, Pilates, HIIT, group cycle, strength and conditioning, circuits and dance fitness, with yoga and Pilates proving especially popular locally. There are junior fitness sessions and activities for over-50s, plus women-only swimming.
