Acro combines dance technique with gymnastic skills focussing on flexibility, strength, balance, and coordination whilst learning tricks such as rolls, cartwheels, handstands and walkovers. Our acro classes follow the Starz Acro syllabus for progression and tracking. Classes may be split on age and ability depending on registered names.
