Learn to blend gymnastic style moves & across tricks with dance & develop strength and conditioning in a specialist programme developed just for dancers following the Acrobatic Arts & Acrotrix syllabi. Acro is a unique blend of dance and gymnastic disciplines.. Please note numbers are limited in this class due to spotters being required for elements of this class. Please be aware that in spotting children close contact and physical contact by coaches is necessary.
