Gymnastics/Cheerleading - Progressing skills learnt within the curriculum such as jumps, rolls, balance, shapes and travelling. choreographing fun routines an sequences to music. Athletics - Will develop skills required in athletics - mastering basic movements like running speeds, changing direction and throwing. Improve balance, co-ordination and agility. Target Games - Target games involve propelling an object with accuracy to hit, land on, or come to rest nearest to a target.
