This class is a hour long, filled with warm up games, skills of the week and plenty of equipment where they’ll follow a structured course of all their favourite moves. They will learn and progress all their fundamental gymnastics skills, as well as promote confidence, independence and making new friends.

About Flip Twist and Tumble
Get taught to flip, twist and tumble by a World Champion gymnast. We teach gymnastics classes to children aged 3-16 years old. We strive to create a fun and safe environment for all children to learn at their own pace.
