Proper coaching, delivered joyfully. 175+ active players. 50+ graduates in competitive club cricket. 12 county pathway placements through Middlesex. All coaches ECB-qualified, DBS-checked, safeguarded, and first-aid certified (including AED). Led by Jason Moore, ECB Advanced Level 3 Coach and Middlesex Scout. Mark Ramprakash MBE is our Ambassador. Groups 3 and 4 share the same age band — the difference is developmental readiness, not talent. It's not a judgement on ability — it's a judgement on timing, and getting the timing right is one of the most important things we do.
