New disability gymnastics drop-in classes. Appropriate for children aged from 5 years (or attending school if younger) to 18 years, with a responsible adult supervising during the session. Coaches will be at stations to support and help guide gymnastics activities. Book in via ClassForKids and pay online before arrival to secure booking. No cash payments taken. All participants who have Down’s syndrome and wish to participate in gymnastics activities (including trampoline) are required to be screened for atlanto-axial instability under British Gymnastics guidelines. City of Glasgow gymnastics club is a performance centre for talented gymnasts, producing Scottish and British champions and Commonwealth athletes. We currently offer fun classes for beginner gymnasts (5-12yrs) and adult sessions (16+) for beginner and experienced gymnasts. We are a nut-free environment to protect our gymnasts with allergies - please do not bring products with nuts into the gymnastics hall area.
