Junior Contemporary Jazz Grade 1 introduces young dancers to the foundations of contemporary jazz in a fun, creative and structured environment. Students develop core jazz technique, flexibility, coordination, musicality and expressive movement while exploring dynamic travelling steps, turns, jumps and age-appropriate choreography. The class encourages confidence, creativity and performance skills, providing a strong technical foundation and preparing dancers for IDTA Grade 1 Contemporary Jazz examinations .
