At this age, children naturally learn through play and don’t always follow instructions, so this session is all about open exploration. Coaches will set up a variety of fun movement stations for kids to climb, jump, and discover at their own pace. Parents are welcome to join in, and our coach will spend individual time with each child to introduce basic climbing

Our purpose built kids parkour academy enables young people to hone their bodies and minds under expert guidance. Complete movement training with fully qualified parkour and physical literacy specialists. All our coaches are DBS verified, First Aid trained and qualified to teach via the international ADAPT Qualifications, the official global qualifying body for parkour.
