LIT Yoga - Post-natal Pilates in Epsom and Ewell

I teach pregnancy and post-natal yoga in Epsom and Ewell, focusing on a really inclusive, empowering and nurturing environment to help you grow your practice, get some time for yourself and support your journey. At pregnancy yoga, you'll get a supportive, developmental class, ending with some proper relaxation. It's co-taught with Yoga for everyone, so you're very welcome to bring along a friend. At post-natal, you're very welcome to bring your baby along (or not!) and we'll have tea, snacks and chat after.
