This is our invite-only class for gymnasts working towards floor and vault competitions. Sessions focus on developing skills and routines on the floor and vault, with an emphasis on technique, strength, and performance. Annual insurance is MANDATORY for all members and must be paid directly to British Gymnastics – our governing body. This insurance runs from October to October and requires a Bronze Membership for recreational classes.
