Swim School - Academy (100m plus, for under 18 years)

Falls Leisure Centre on Falls Road has gym with cardio machines and free weights and the 25-metre pool is home to local water polo clubs and swimming. There's a sports hall for badminton, basketball, football and pickleball, plus a sauna to relax in after your workout. Classes include group cycle, yoga, Pilates, boxfit and aqua aerobics, with HIIT and strength conditioning to mix things up. The functional training zone gives you space for circuits and conditioning, and there's a dance studio for movement-based sessions. We also run gymnastics programmes for children and activities for older adults.
