At a glance
High energy and stylised, these urban style classes are taught by a young industry professional with a wealth of performing and choreographic experience. Classes are designed to develop coordination, introduce technique and build confidence in a friendly and fun environment. Students learn street dance routines to the latest tunes incorporating movements such as popping, locking, funk, jamming and hip hop. Students are also encouraged to express themselves through improvisation and freestyling.

About Foundation Sports
Our work with schools sees us deliver sports coaching sessions to children of all ages and abilities from a mixture of backgrounds. Foundation Sports works closely with schools to up skill their workforce to ensure the teaching staff in primary schools across London are confident and competent to deliver an effective PE lesson.
