General Gymnastics (3 to 4 years) (3 - 4yrs)

This class is designed to introduce children to the exciting world of gymnastics while focusing on developing their fundamental movement skills, coordination, strength, and flexibility in a safe and fun environment. Throughout the class, children will learn basic gymnastics techniques such as rolls, jumps, handstands, cartwheels, and somersaults. They will also engage in creative games and exercises that promote teamwork, spatial awareness, and body control.
