Proper coaching, delivered joyfully. 175+ active players. 50+ graduates in competitive club cricket. 12 county pathway placements through Middlesex. All coaches ECB-qualified, DBS-checked, safeguarded, and first-aid certified (including AED). Led by Jason Moore, ECB Advanced Level 3 Coach and Middlesex Scout. Mark Ramprakash MBE is our Ambassador. Group 4 shares the same age band as Group 3 — same method, higher developmental threshold. Children progress here on merit when readiness, consistency and game awareness align. This is where we identify the players building something sustainable, and the step from Group 3 to Group 4 is the clearest expression of our readiness-over-age philosophy.
