Students will be encouraged to generate their own movement material, contributing to the choreographic process and understanding the relationship between the body, space, and music. The class will delve into various styles within contemporary dance, from lyrical and post-modern to experimental and improvisational techniques, pushing the dancers to find their unique voice within the genre. Key elements of Contemporary Dance Level 5 include: Advanced choreography focusing on complex sequences, dynamic changes of direction, and momentum.
