Expect acro skills, jumps, balances, flexibility, strength, dance tricks and technique, with challenges and progressions to suit different ages and abilities. Never tried acro before? No problem! Whether you’re 8 or 18, a complete beginner or looking to take your skills further, there’s something for everyone. Come, learn, challenge yourself and have fun — and see what you can do!
