The King's Worcester swimming camp offers a structured environment where swimmers aged 9 - 14 can enhance their techniques, build endurance and further develop their swimming under the guidance of experienced and passionate swimming coaches and teachers. Run by expert club coaches and held over 3 days, the camp will include a combination of pool training and dryland workouts with the King's School's Strength and Conditioning

The camp includes: 3 full days of expert swimming coaching and guidance Dryland Strength & Conditioning sessions in the gym and performance rowing centre Video analysis to help develop technical aspects including: diving, underwater phases and breakouts A 2 course recovery based nutritious lunch
