Our Acro Techniques class focuses on. building the strength, flexibility and technical skills needed for acro dance. Dancers will work on balances, limbering, tumbling, progressions, partner skills, flexibility, while developing control, confidence and correct technique. Classes are carefully structured to ensure students progress safely at their own pace in a fun and supportive environment.
