These classes are designed to increase your fitness whilst developing your judo knowledge. You will learn both Tachi-waza techniques (throws) and Ne-waza (Ground work including submissions). These classes are excellent for anyone learning BJJ and those wishing to improve their judo Gradings take place every 9 months or so, when the coach thinks you are ready. For those that wish to compete, we have a small competition squad. Sessions are on Mondays and Friday evenings.
