courses here in the Peak District. The Army Welfare Service still operates a fully functional Youth Service. This was great foresight by the MOD to continue operating their service while Youth Services at County and LEA levels were systematically demolished by successive governments since 2010. The young people were representative of the very mixed heritages serving in the UK armed forces; Nepalese, Fijian Jamaican, South Africa, Ghana and other commonwealth countries. What a great vibe !! All are now all safely back with their parents.
