This fun & games Athletics Club from Olympic legend Daley Thompson CBE and former record breaking GB athlete & TV Gladiator 'Zodiac' - Kate Staples, is run by their hand picked qualified coaches and is designed to teach key athletic events and skills as well as motor skills needed in all sports. And all delivered in a fun, motivating and totally inclusive environment. The Club will develop the following: · Running Efficiently Drills and Technique · Sprints · Speed Endurance · Teamwork and Balance & Coordination · Early principles of learning to jump, throw & run · Games & Fun all the way!
