Tumbling, sometimes referred to as power tumbling, is a gymnastics discipline in which participants perform a series of acrobatic skills. In this class your child will learn skills such as; back handsprings, aerials, tucks and other advanced tumbling skills. Your child must have mastered all beginner tumble skills - Forward / Backward Rolls, Cartwheel, Round Off, Front/Back Walkovers. If your child has not mastered these skills, they will be placed into a beginner's class. You can book a tumble assessment if you are unsure.
