by invitation only—students may apply, but final approval is at the discretion of Coach AJ. 👟 What to Wear: Must-Haves: Trainers 👟, Joggers or tracksuit bottoms, T-shirt Bonus Gear: Spin Jacket (nylon or waterproof), Woolly Hat 🧢 🎒 What to Bring: Water 💧 Healthy energy snack 🍌 Notebook & pen ✍️ (used to track combos, flow work, and battle sets) 🧑🏫 Instructor: Coach AJ, also teaches: Monday Breaking (6+) at Canal Club Tuesday Breaking (Intermediate) Wednesday Acro Thursday Breaking (Hackney Wick) AJ mentors this group as if it were his own crew—combining creativity, discipline, and fun while helping each dancer discover their edge 🎯 👨👩👧 Parent Info: Parents are welcome to watch the final 10 minutes of class each week 👀 Please let us know about any allergies, injuries, or special considerations before class
