This class is designed for those progressing from Stage 1 or entering gymnastics in P4-7, progressing and developing the fundamentals towards skills and combinations that begin to form the basis of routines on each apparatus. ALL of the following skills are required to enter a Stage 2 class: On Floor / Tumble: - Bridge with head held off floor - Dish & Arch shape holds (10secs) - Tucked Forward Roll to Stand - Backward Roll to Front Support down slope

- Kick towards Handstand joining legs - Cartwheel to finished landing On Vault: - Correct Springboard Take-off & Landing Actions - Squat On from springboard - Straight Jump off block On Beam: - Walk on Toes Forward, Sideward & Backwards for a full beam length - Straight & Tuck Jumps landed on low beam On Bars: - Hang with Straight Body (10secs) - Basic Cast on low bar
