A course for 8-13 year olds (Ability level is a minimum of completed Stage 5) The Rookie Lifeguard programme teaches children skills that help build their confidence, promote teamwork,and develop the basic survival, rescue and lifesaving skills. The Rookies course follows the Royal Lifesaving Society (RLSS) Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards. www.rlss.org.uk This programme can run parallel to your child’s current swimming lessons and enhance the skills they learn in the pool. These sessions are taught by a Rookie Lifeguard qualified instructor

About Ardingly Swim School
Swimming lessons for kids and adults of all ages and abilities. From Parent & Baby through the Stages to Adult Fitness Classes & Rookie Lifeguard We follow the Swim England National Plan for Teaching Swimming. Our groups have no more than 6 swimmers in. Private lessons (1-2-1 or 2-2-1) also available. Prices start at £13 for group lessons. The monthly fees are calculated depending on the term length This total price plus the cost of a certificate is then split into a subscription of 3 monthly payments to spread the cost. The subscription is paused between terms. The cost is pro-rated for those joining after the start of a term.
