Cancellation and Refund Policy: Once a place has been booked for a specific Active Minds or Sports Menders activity, the booking is non-refundable if you cancel or your child does not attend. If we cancel the activity, we will offer a full suitable alternative. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Our sessions also help improve children’s physical health and wellbeing by encouraging regular movement while developing strength, flexibility, balance, and overall fitness from an early age in a fun and enjoyable way. Each session is carefully planned to be age-appropriate, helping children improve movement, listening, communication, and confidence through dance and active play. Our friendly and experienced coaches create a positive atmosphere where every child feels included and encouraged to join in. All of our coaches are fully qualified, DBS checked, and first aid trained, giving parents peace of mind that children are in safe and capable hands throughout every session. If you receive Universal Credit, Child Tax Credit, a Student Loan Grant, or use childcare vouchers to pay for club sessions, please do not make your booking through this portal.
