A fun, energetic class introducing dance and acrobatics. Children will develop physical foundations through a range of activities. They'll then use these skills to explore acrobatic elements such as balances, jumps, leaps, rolls, handstands and cartwheel variations, and incorporate these into dance routines. This class uses our unique 'Foundation Programme', with children tracking their progress with a sticker chart system. What to wear: At RMB Dance
