Using age-appropriate equipment such as soft balls, beanbags, hoops, cones, balance beams, parachutes, ribbons, and agility ladders, little movers will learn the basic techniques that form the foundation of many different sports. Our classes focus on developing coordination, balance, agility, strength, spatial awareness, listening skills, teamwork, and confidence, all within a positive and supportive environment. Through structured play and imaginative games, children are encouraged to stay active, try new challenges, and develop a lifelong love of movement and sport.
