youngest gymnasts (9 months – 3 years), our structured Parent & Child sessions are coach-led and carefully planned, using circuits, songs, sensory elements and child-sized apparatus to support physical and cognitive development while strengthening the parent-child bond. From age 3–5, children move into Independent Gymnastics — their first step into structured classes without parents in the hall. These sessions gently build independence while teaching fundamental gymnastics shapes, safe landings, jumping, rolling and basic apparatus skills in a fun, supportive setting.
