At a glance
A fun class where children will learn a wide variety of balance, shape and rotation gymnastics skills, ranging from forward and backward rolls to basic vaulting skills. These classes aim to improve agility, strength and coordination and develop technique. We aim to build all skills up over the course of each term to allow time for all to progress at their own rate, feel safe and confident. All our sessions begin with a fun game to engage all children.

From balancing, to rolling and walkovers, Pro-Active gymnastics classes are great for children with no experience to those who want more of a challenge.
