Movement through playful yoga brings ease in our body and reminds us that we are indeed powerful beings of creation! Your baby will benefit from your knowledge and practice of massage & yoga, creating an upward spiral of joy and wellbeing.
I wanted to say thank you, you’re classes have all been brilliant from baby massage when Ellie was just 3 weeks old to outside yoga on the Rec! You’ve been a big part of helping me navigate motherhood and I am very grateful.
