At dance class we cover a range of dance styles from ballet to jazz, tap to hip-hop, and many more. In each class we teach you how to warm up your body correctly so as not to hurt yourself, you also learn how to stretch and cool down. You will learn technique as well as dance moves while incorporating both into routines that use a variety of songs.
