Static trapeze classes are run in a beautiful and peaceful studio in Primrose Hill, central London. and a wonderful reminder of the importance of play and focus. Class timetable: The class will start with a short run with music, followed with a few jumps from a stool into a crash mat. The children will then learn a couple of moves on a trapeze (height of the trapeze 1. 5 metre from the crash mat). Next comes a jumping and a rolypoly exercise. The class finishes with a spin on the trapeze. Parents are welcome to enter the class on their first visit but are invited to exit the room and observe the class from behind a glass gaelry once the child as peacefully settled in. Parents are kindly asked to respect the rules of the class and not interefere with the teaching.
