12:00pm - Year 5+ (9 - 16yrs)

This class will be more technical, with an emphasis being placed on linking skills and developing more complex or challenging movements with control and poise. The gymnasts will perform on a range of apparatus allowing them to transfer moves from one piece of equipment to the next. Children are split by age and ability and work with others at a similar stage. Please be advised that we are only allowing parents into the hall for the first two trial sessions when the children require extra support. Viewing windows are available but space is limited by the leisure centre. Photography is also strictly forbidden.
