into the water, including submersion, and travel up to 10 metres on their front and back. Water safety knowledge and rotation skills will also be progressed. Stage 4 swimmers perfect their leg kicks for all four strokes and further develop push and glides, while also being introduced to sculling. They will develop an understanding of buoyancy through a range of skills and should swim 10 metres to the Swim England Expected Standards.

About Ardingly Swim School
Swimming lessons for kids and adults of all ages and abilities. From Parent & Baby through the Stages to Adult Fitness Classes & Rookie Lifeguard We follow the Swim England National Plan for Teaching Swimming. Our groups have no more than 6 swimmers in. Private lessons (1-2-1 or 2-2-1) also available. Prices start at £13 for group lessons.
