⭐ Exercise with Baby is a thorough postnatal exercise and recovery program. Both beneficial for you, and lots of fun for baby too 🥳🤩 ⭐ In the early stages we are working on repair, strength and gradually increasing fitness levels. ⭐ Safe postpartum cardio is so important, and makes a huge difference to how you feel. Energy levels, hormone levels, and all those happy endorphins 🙂 We then build you up week by week, challenge you but never rush you.

Best of all, we make it engaging and lots of fun for you both 🙂. ⭐ We have level options, specifically targeting yours, and babies changing needs- 🤱❤️ Level 1 (7 weeks +)🤱❤️ Our level 1 program has been developed for the needs of new mummies. In these early stages we focus on: *Repairing weakened abdominal muscles and connective tissues. *Pelvic floor strength and function. *Postural changes and back care. *Hip alignment. *Joint care (most commonly affected- knees, wrists, hips & ankles). *Rebuilding fitness levels. *Stregthening and toning all muscle groups. *Aiding mental health and wellbeing. *Sosialising and getting to know your fellow members. All while having lots of fun with Baby too ❤️ We also check all members for Diastasis Recti
