Thamesmere Leisure Centre in Thamesmead has everything you need for fitness and swimming just a short walk from Abbey Wood Station. The gym has a full range of cardio machines and weights to keep your workouts varied, and the 25-metre pool with its slide makes swimming fun for everyone.
