Arrival & Collection Procedures To help sessions run smoothly and safely, please take note of the following operating procedures: • On arrival, children should come into the gym and place their belongings in one of the designated storage areas. • Once ready, children should wait in the waiting area until their coach collects them for class. • At the end of the session, children must not leave the gym without a coach’s supervision. Coaches will dismiss gymnasts safely and ensure they are returned to parents/carers.
