Mini's FUNdamental Gymnastics (Recreational) (4 - 7.5yrs)

Perfect for younger children just starting school or a great introduction for slightly older children. Our mini's classes teach children the basic shapes and balances needed to develop their core stability, overall strength, agility and coordination. They will learn how to roll, rotate and stretch, progressively building on each skill. We aim to build all skills up over the course of each term to allow time for all to progress at their own rate, feel safe and confident. All our sessions begin with a fun game to engage all children.
