Swim School - Development (15 metres plus, under 16 yrs)

St Austell Leisure Centre on Carlyon Road, a short walk from St Austell train station, serves the local community with everything you need to stay active. The gym has cardio and strength equipment, while the 25-metre pool and teaching pool offer lane swimming, lessons and aqua aerobics. There's a sports hall for badminton and pickleball, plus soft play keeps younger children entertained. Classes include group cycle, dance fitness, yoga, Pilates, HIIT, boxfit and circuits, with strength and conditioning sessions adding variety to your routine. We run over-50s programmes, menopause strength classes and GP referral sessions.
